RULES OF THE DRAW

TRADE BOOST CAMPAIGN – BLACK FRIDAY CIEZA

1. CAMPAIGN ORGANIZER AND OBJECTIVE

This campaign to promote trade, called “BLACK FRIDAY” It is organized by the Cieza Trade Association, with the support of the Ministry of Business, Employment and Social Economy of the Region of Murcia and aims to encourage shopping in the Cieza Trade during the promotional period.

2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

The campaign will be in effect From November 1st to 28th.

3. PARTICIPANTS

Any individual over the age of 18 who makes purchases in participating stores in Cieza during the campaign period may participate in the draw.

4. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS

1. To participate, the customer must make a purchase at participating businesses in Cieza.
2. The customer must upload a legible photograph of the purchase receipt or invoice to the Cieza Commerce App.
3. For each €20 purchase accumulated on one or more tickets, the system will automatically generate one entry (one number) for the draw.
4. The deadline for uploading tickets will be November 28th at 8:00 PM.

5. AWARDS

A total of seven (7) trips will be raffled off with the following details:

• First Prize: One (1) trip valued at 1500€.
• Second Prize: Two (2) trips valued at 500€ each.
• Third Prize: Four (4) trips valued at 250€ each.

The prizes will be awarded in the form of a gift card, voucher or travel check, redeemable through the travel agency designated by the organization.

6. CELEBRATION OF THE DRAW

1. The draw will be of a On-line.
2. It will be held on November 28 (Black Friday) at 9:00 PM.
3. The draw will be conducted through the Cieza Commerce platform, using a system for generating random numbers from the list of all valid entries.
4. Only the seven (7) winning numbers will be drawn directly (one for the €1500 prize, two for the €500 prizes and four for the €250 prizes).

7. COMMUNICATION AND AWARD PRESENTATION

1. The winners will be notified by push notification to the Cieza Commerce App and by e-mail.
2. The winners will have a 7-day period natural from the notification to accept the prize.
3. To validate the prize, the winner must present themselves to the organization with the OK, it's generated in the app and the email that you receive.
4. If the winner does not contact and/or validate the prize within the indicated period of 7 days, they will automatically lose the right to the prize, and it will be raffled again.
